Our Process
We keep remodeling organized and predictable—clear scope, clear decisions, and a clean job site. Here’s how we move from first call to finished work.
1) First Contact
- What happens: We respond quickly to schedule a short pre-estimator call.
- What we need: Your address/town, project type, timing, and best contact info.
- What you get: A clear next step and an honest fit check.
2) Qualification (before a free estimate)
- What happens: We run a structured phone call and you complete our project questionnaire.
- What we need: photos/video of the space, goals, timing, decision-makers, and key constraints.
- What you get: Clarity on fit and a productive plan for next steps.
3) Site Visit + Estimate (qualified projects)
- What happens: If it’s a fit, we schedule a site visit to confirm scope and constraints.
- What you get: A more accurate plan for scope, expectations, and budgeting.
4) Pre-Construction Planning
- Align scope, selections, protection plan, and lead times before work starts.
- Decisions are organized so you’re not guessing mid-project.
5) Construction Execution
- Protection: dust control/containment, floor and surface protection, daily cleanup.
- Communication: milestone/weekly cadence with “decisions needed” called out clearly.
6) Closeout
- Final walkthrough, punch list completion, and closeout documentation.
Change Orders
Out-of-scope work is approved in writing before proceeding—except in immediate safety/stop-damage situations, where we stabilize first and document immediately after.
